Dockside on Strawberry Creek is a spacious waterfront retreat where laid-back days come naturally. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, relax in the sunroom, or gather outside with views of the water. Inside, four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and inviting shared spaces give everyone room to settle in. With space for up to 13 guests, it’s a wonderful home base for family getaways and group escapes in Jacksonville.

The open living areas make it easy to move between cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful waterfront surroundings. When the weather is calling you outside, the pool and outdoor spaces create an easygoing setting for long afternoons and evenings together.

Whether you're starting the morning with coffee by the water or ending the day gathered around the grill, the home gives your group plenty of space to slow down and enjoy Jacksonville. The mix of comfortable interiors and outdoor living makes it easy to spend time together while still having room to spread out and relax.

Please Note: The boat shown on the property is not included with the rental. The dock is also not available for guest use or for docking personal or rental boats.

You will have access to the entire property.

A car is recommended for getting around Jacksonville and making the most of your stay. The home is in a residential area, so having your own vehicle makes it convenient to reach restaurants, shopping, beaches, downtown, and nearby attractions. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout Jacksonville for guests who prefer not to drive.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200

Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines
●NO PETS ALLOWED
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL RULES

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.

As part of the simple pre-arrival process, you'll:

Complete a quick guest verification.
Review and electronically sign the Joseph Ellen Rental Agreement.
Choose one of the following protection options:
Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This is the most popular option and helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.

We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
