Construction Notice (Please Read Before Booking)
We want to be fully transparent with our guests—there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area through June 30, 2026. This work is being carried out by a third-party contractor, as outlined in a formal notice we’ve received, and is completely outside of our control.

The project may include roadway, drainage, water, and sewer work, and construction activity is expected to take place between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As a result, you may experience some daytime noise, changing work zones, or minor disruptions such as traffic adjustments. There is also a small possibility of temporary water interruptions, although nothing is guaranteed.

While we do not anticipate major issues, we want you to have all the information upfront so you can make the best decision for your stay. If anything does arise during your visit, we’ll keep you informed as quickly as possible.
