Inside, the home features beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living area is designed for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating and easy access to the patio and outdoor areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals during your stay, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen opens into the dining and living spaces, making it easy to spend time together.

You’ll also find thoughtful extras throughout the home, including beach gear, bikes for exploring the area, an arcade game for fun evenings, and a desk with chair for remote work. A dumb waiter helps move items easily between floors, making unpacking groceries or beach gear simple.

Outside, enjoy the private patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or relaxing after a day in the sun.

With very close beach access, you can walk to the sand in minutes and enjoy everything Jacksonville Beach has to offer.

You will have access to the entire main home, which is a private residence. Please note that there is a separate one-bedroom apartment located on the ground level that is occupied by a long-term tenant. The apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. The tenant does not have access to the second and third levels of the home, and guests do not have access to the apartment.

The only shared area is the garage, as the long-term tenant has a personal washer and dryer located there. Guests will have their own washer and dryer available for use on the second floor of the home.
