Saint Johns Oasis | Team Joseph Ellen

Looking for your own slice of paradise? You’ve found it! Nestled in a lush, resort-style setting just northwest of historic St. Augustine and only a block from the beautiful St. Johns River, our property is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and make lasting memories. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, kids, or pets—everyone’s welcome here!

All guests share access to our spacious 7,200 sq. ft. common outdoor area, designed for relaxing and making the most of Florida’s beautiful weather.

Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, sip your favorite drink at the outdoor bar while watching the game on the 60” TV, or relax by the koi pond and waterfall. The cozy queen-sized bed swing under the ceiling fans is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap.

Hot Tub Cover: Please use the provided lift when opening and closing the hot tub. Do not fold, remove, or drop the cover behind the spa, as this can cause damage. Guests may be responsible for damage caused by improper use.

Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program. We believe vacation should be about making memories—not worrying about "what ifs." And let's be honest... nobody likes unexpected damage claims.
